The location could hardly be better.
Kanazawa is a rainy region throughout the year. Local people often carry
an umbrella when they go out. Also, if it begins to rain, you do not have
to worry about getting wet because you can walk under the pathway to move
out of the rain.
Direction
■Direction from JR Kanazawa Station >>
It is a 5-minute walk from the west gate of JR Kanazawa station.
First, head out of number 20 exit of west gate, walk beside the railway line. It must be a narrow road. It is not
a main street. The railway line should be on your right elevated
above you. Walk for about 3 mins. On the way you will see
the Manten Hotel on your left. Walk past Manten Hotel until you see
two red arrows on the road. Turn left following the street
as it bends. Then turn left again into the first small street.
Guesthouse Ochakare is about 10 metres down this street on
your left. Look for the sign board on the street.

You arrive at JR Kanazawa station. The west gate is on your left and the
east gate is on your right.
Head out of number 20 exit of west gate.
Walk beside of under the railway line.
It must be a narrow road. It is not a main street.
You can see the "P" of the clock tower parking lot.
Cross the intersection. You will be able to see the Manten Hotel. Continue straight on.
Go under the pathway until the end. You will see two large red arrows.
Turn to the left along them.
Then turn left again into the first small street.
Guesthouse Ochakare is about 10 metres down this street on your left.
Look for the sign board on the street.

You will arrive in front of the Hokutetsu Kanazawa bus station. The east gate of JR Kanazawa station is located here.
■From Komatsu Airport by Bus >>
You will arrive at the bus terminal from the west gate side
of JR Kanazawa station. Go to JR Kanazawa station.
Then, follow the instructions for Kanazawa station >>
■By Car
The coin-parking is next our guest house. 600 yen/24 hour.
There are many other coin-parking spaces around us, as well. 700
Yen/24 hour 0-2 minute walk from Ochakare
the Clock Tower parking lot. 800 Yen/night (5 PM-10 AM)-4-minute walk from Ochakare

The highway bus arrives at the no. 2 bus terminal located at the east gate
side of JR Kanazawa station.
Go to the opposite side of JR Kanazawa station.(west gate)

The shuttle bus from the Komatsu airport arrives at bus terminal, on the
west gate side of JR Kanazawa station.
Go to west gate of JR Kanazawa station. You turn right at the west gate
along the the convenience store, Seven Eleven.
Continue to walk beside of under the railway line. It must be a narrow
road. It is not a main street.
You can see the clock tower parking lot and the Manten Hotel.
Cross the intersection. You will be able to see the Manten Hotel. Continue straight on.
Go under the pathway until the end. You will see two large red arrows.
